When you dismantle the dissonance between disembodiment and embodiment- your ZING returns! You don’t have to wait any longer for “it” to happen because you already embody the soul intelligence required to restore the rupture to perfect wholeness.

The day my mentor flat out told me that “joy isn’t enough” I spiraled into a pool of despair without a life jacket or anyone to save me.

And it was treading water in the ocean of my tears that I finally realized what she wanted me to SEE for myself.

That feeling joyful wasn’t enough because my real desire was much deeper.

The truth was I had been so used to SEEKING joy to escape my reality and my true feelings, when what I really craved was to feel ALIVE.

Beyond the surface level “buzzes” I gave myself that always kept me wanting more.

What I really craved was the soul deep aliveness I’d experience when i was so deeply rooted in joy- when it pulsed through every ounce of my beingness-
and nothing, (not even the most devastating situation I would soon come to find out) could even take it from me.

But here’s the thing- THAT level of intimacy with myself honestly terrified me.

Yet this profound moment activated me into a new way of BEING.

It pushed me off the cliff where standing in my realizations felt safer than me trusting my wings were “enough” to actually fly.

Painful and challenging moments aren’t meant to destroy us.

They’re the actual portals that return us to our power.

But we’re taught to drink the “fake it til you make it “ koolaid because it’s tastier, SAFER, & easier to swallow than facing our truth.

You’re not here to mask your magic,
You’re here to
Unleash your madness.

And not to get some marshmallow fluff “high” that crashes & burns the minute you go back to your reality.

But because true freedom isn’t a right- it’s your responsibility.

So when you’re done with all the bippity boppity boo that keeps you fantasy land “free”( and frustrated 😩) & you want to face your real magic & finally free yourself for good-
Bippity Boppity YOU on
Over to @soulcircuscreative and DM me to book a soul sync session where I’ll tell you exactly what’s hiding below the surface of “why you can’t seem to ever just do what you say you want too that you know will make you happy”
and I’ll give you the next step to dismantle it for good.

“Change your clothes change your life” only “works”if you choose freedom over fear.

Freedom - your choices are your portal to authentic ALIVENESS!

Fear - your choices are a facade that doesn’t disguise your flaws- it exposes them.

Fashion was never meant to be used to hide your flaws. 🫣

It’s a channel to express your soul’s madness. 🎩

So what are you so afraid of that you’re literally hiding from yourself?

I have just the thing that will obliterate your fear of fully SEEing yourself and free your spirit to unleash your full spectrum self expression.

When you want to stop settling for the comfort of fear over the dis-ease of truth- DM me. @soulcircuscreative

Your fear of not fitting in is showing. 🫣Face your truth, drop the facade, & finally set your spirit free. Or maybe THAT’s what you’re REALLY afraid of?😉

🎉Celebrating a milestone — my Rebrand Your Brain Podcast is LIVE – and I’ve dropped 3 episodes😅 over the past 3 days to officially kick it off!

🎙 What it is/Who it’s for >>
This podcast — for coaches, practitioners, and heart-centered entrepreneurs — is a space for real conversations about business, visibility, and the messy-but-beautiful journey of stepping into your genius, being seen, and creating success on your terms.

FIRST 3 EPISODES are up: 👉 If one of these episodes hits home, share it with a friend or tag me in your stories. I’d love to know what resonates with you...

1️⃣ Perfectionism, Paralysis, & Being Seen: How to Come Back When You’ve Been Hiding
>> My honest story about freezing right when I was about to hit publish, what perfection loops look like behind the scenes, + how I came back after hiding.

2️⃣ Discover Your Secret Sauce to Profit With Human Design with Quantum Human Design Specialist, with @jahjeives

>> We talk about signs your business is out of alignment, knowing when it’s time to pivot, and finding your authentic flow. Jahje also shares how Human Design can be the lens to uncover your “secret sauce” in business.

3️⃣ Awakening Your Intuition & Trusting Your Soul’s Calling with Soulicious Lifestylist Suzanne Cleveland Armstrong - @livesouliciously.

>> A SPICY convo about tuning into your intuition, what your stuck spots are really telling you, how creativity opens the door to authenticity, and what it looks like to follow the pull of your soul’s calling.
I invite you to tune in, if it feels aligned.

🎧 Rebrand Your Brain is available now on Spotify, Apple, and wherever you get podcasts.
