A huge thanks to @lizzclaytonsmith and daughter Addie who baked these artisan breads while on school break. Jalapeños cheddar, plain and rosemary garlic loaves. Great job Addie! #artisian #bread #schoolbreak #holidaycheer

Had the loveliest day with the loveliest people, the yummiest food, the prettiest backdrop! (There was a bebe vineyard!!😍🤩)

@intuneyogawellness threw the best retreat: Ayurveda & chakra studies, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, endless herbal teas, plant based foods, diy eo blends….

And yours truly got to finish it all up with a yummy sound bath.❤️

Guys……I can’t explain it! I can cite the science till the cows come home, but in the end I am always just doing this inexplicable dance with my intuition and my instruments. It’s this incredible pull that almost surprises me every time. I dunno. It’s vulnerable. But it feels like truth.❤️💯

When I am feeling my stress levels rise during my work day or whenever, I always feel grateful to myself when I remember this practice. There are many types of grounding. All of them focus on reconnecting yourself to the earth. This can be done through either direct or indirect contact with the earth. One of the easiest ways to ground yourself to the earth is to walk barefoot. Whether this is on grass, sand, or even mud, allowing your skin to touch the natural ground can provide you with grounding energy. This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain how electrical charges from the earth can have positive effects on your body. Electrical conductivity exists within the matrix that functions as an immune system defense, similar to antioxidants. There have been a handful of studies done that show that through grounding, the natural defenses of the body can be restored. Maybe it’s not a big money maker for the study developers. But it doesn’t hurt to try and, in my experience, has provided me with many benefits. A huge thanks to @livetruephoto for this pic! #groundingtechniques #naturehealing

Why do women slut shame, victim blame and call each other names that perpetuate our own sexual objectification and social stigmatism?

How are we, as a gender, supposed to break through our cultural cage of oppression if we don't build each other up and remind each other of our value and worth?

How do we fight this without love, empathy and understanding?

I really want to know.

I wrote "For Her; the Product" about this very same issue where I call women to action and I'd love it if you gave it a read.

Trafficked individuals come in many different forms. For all you know, the woman in this image could be trafficked. It's always important to know how to identify the characteristics of a trafficked individuals behavior. Most of the time they won't look how you think they will.

Have you read the "Sexual Exploitation" link in our bio? I think it will surprise you to see what kind of targets exist in this "market."

Family is not just blood. Family is a group of individuals who have each other's backs no matter what.

The transition costs to help ONE individual out of human trafficking is 60k-100k. This is extremely expensive and it can be hard for a 501c3 non-profit to come up with the funds. Most of our funding comes through fundraisers, independent contributions and company sponsorships. All donations are tax deductible.
