This isn’t about seeking sympathy. It’s about sharing the reality of what it’s like when your life is changed by something that should have never happened.

I’m still fighting.
I’m still healing.
And for the first time, I’m asking my community for help publicly.

I think it’s safe that every man wants a son. What we may not all realize responsibility that we have to not just produce a new version of you, but to aid in the formation of the first version of them. Spending these past 5 years raising my son Zaámir have taught me so much about myself as a brother, father, son, friend, and man. I get observe who he is, and be there for him as he grows into the man that he is meant to become. I think GOD everyday for blessing me with the honor of being you Dad. 💙
