Coconut Cake…but make it Girlie! Got the best coconut cake and coconut buttercream recipe (requested no cream cheese) from @livforcake - her not so secret ingredient for indulgent coconut buttercream (that btw doesn’t smell or taste like suntan lotion) is: Coconut Milk Powder.
I was going to do a #faultlinecake but decided to just give it a bottom boarder of coconut with lots of sprinkles. Happy Birthday to my sweet friend and coworker.

The secret to that stunning Emerald Green Pistachio Paste? 🌿✨ It’s all in the temperature!

Many people end up with a dull brown paste because they roast the nuts too high or blend them for too long without breaks. Here is my foolproof method for a vibrant, silky finish:

💟 Blanch: Boil for 1-2 mins and peel immediately for that bright green base.
💟 Low & Slow: Toast at 130°C just to dry them out—don’t let them brown!
💟 Patience: Blend in intervals to prevent overheating, which kills the color and aroma.

Perfect for my upcoming Dubai Chocolate Mochi! 🍫 Stay tuned for the next episode.

Handmade Pistachio Paste
Dubai Chocolate Mochi 🍫🍡

【Dubai Series EP1: Handmade Kataifi Challenge! 🥣✨】
I just couldn't wait! 🥣 Before I finally tracked down a box at the store, I spent hours piping fine threads by hand to get that legendary crunch. 🧵✨

💡 TIPS:
💟Sieve the batter twice for zero clogs!
💟Wait until your toasted kataifi are fully cooled before mixing with your pistachio paste. Warm kataifi = soggy kataifi. Keep it crispy!

Bake a minute? Let’s make a classic Serradura! ⏳🪵 This Portuguese "Sawdust Pudding" is the ultimate no-bake dessert. It’s all about the perfect layers: velvety whipped cream meets fine biscuit crumbs for a texture that’s light, creamy, and incredibly satisfying.

It’s simple, elegant, and honestly—too good not to share. The best part? You only need a few ingredients to create this little cup of heaven. ✨
