THE KIDS GO BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW. 🏫 But I have a challenge for the adults: IT’S OUR TURN TOO. Tomorrow evening we officially launch the next chapter of the Grogan for Sheriff campaign. And a major part of this campaign will continue to be: EDUCATION. EDUCATION. EDUCATION. Civic education. Public-safety education. Wellness education. Government education. Because the more informed we become, the harder it is for anyone to manipulate us through fear, anger, political labels, or party loyalty. Tomorrow’s kickoff reflects that philosophy. 🤝 Networking 🩺 Healthy Aging & Wellness 🎤 Campaign Announcement ❓ Open Q&A No preselected questions. Come learn. Come ask. Come think. And we’re also unveiling our new campaign colors: BLACK. WHITE. ORANGE. 🧡 Orange represents ending gun violence. So if you’re joining us tomorrow: WEAR SOMETHING ORANGE. In today’s video you’ll also hear from three people who have been part of this journey: Ervin Bernard Reid — political mentor Juwan Blocker — mentee & National Guardsman David W. Smith Sr. — longtime supporter & Team Grogan core member 2014 ➡️ 2018 ➡️ 2022 ➡️ 2026 This was never a sprint. It was always a marathon. 📅 Monday, August 24 📍 In A Minute Event Center ⏰ Networking — 6 PM 🩺 Wellness Panel — 6:30 PM 🎤 Campaign Announcement — 7:30 PM ❓ Open Q&A — 7:45 PM Full Salvation Sunday story: https://davegrogan1.substack.com/p/salvation-sunday-new-colors-proven?r=c32b3&utm_medium=ios The kids are going back to school. What upsets me….is I truly COULD NOT capture a fraction of this event in this reel. You literally HAD to be there. And unfortunately, my phone decided to show its WHOLE behind in Vegas so as I sat in Ceasars Palace Apple Store getting it restored, I lost ALL my amazing footage. So shout out to the borrowed footage I was provided. So the next time your girl invites you, you ought to be there! Ask me how! And if you do not want to wait until next summer, the next event is this January in San Diego 🤏🏽🫶🏽

Before we kick off, let me tell you what we’re building. Our August 24 Campaign Kickoff is approaching, and this week’s Sunday Salvation explains the vision behind the campaign. Healthy minds. Healthy bodies. Stronger communities. Safer neighborhoods. And leadership that solves problems instead of simply explaining them. We’re talking about recruiting, mentorship, developing future leaders, constitutional responsibility, accountability, wellness, inclusion, and creating a stronger public-safety culture. Can We Do Better? I believe we can. We did not arrive here by accident. We grind through programs that were not built for us. We healed communities that were not designed to have us at the center. We showed up in operating rooms, research labs, and hospital floors where they never expected to see us. Microbiology. Epidemiology. Medicine. Nursing. We Are Here. We are not the exception. We are the evidence. #wearehere #blackdoctors #grindingallmylife #nipseyhussle #fyp

Our identity is shaped by the books we read, the meetings we attend, and the people we surround ourselves with. DM “CIRCLE” if you share this PHILOSOPHY.

This is bigger than business. We’re building a generation of people who refuse to settle for the life they were told to accept. People who believe in ownership. People who believe in freedom. People who believe their family deserves more. The movement is growing. Watch closely. 🔑 TLC- The Legacy Code

Just a reminder…We’re not your average agents. We’re building leaders. We’re creating opportunities. We’re changing family trees. Some will understand the vision. Some will watch from a distance. Either way… This is ‘The Legacy Code’ & we just getting started. 🔑✨ Watch closely.

Life lately has been less about myself and more about the impact I’m making on others. The last few months have reminded me that success feels different when you’re growing with people you genuinely care about. Helping others make money, build confidence, create opportunities for themselves, and believe in bigger possibilities for their lives has been one of the most fulfilling parts of this journey. Still growing. Still learning. Still building. But more than anything… just grateful for the people beside me while I do it. 🤍
