MIKE FAIST ⚡ — THE FLASH & WALLY WEST

Okay, hear me out — Mike Faist as The Flash. ⚡

There’s something about Faist’s energy that makes him such an interesting fit for the Flash family. He has the intensity, awkward charm and emotional range to make Barry Allen feel like more than just the guy who runs really fast.

But then there’s Wally West.

That’s where the fancast gets even more interesting. Wally brings a completely different personality to the mantle — more playful, confident and energetic, while still carrying the responsibility that comes with being a speedster.

Whether it’s Barry Allen or Wally West, Faist has the kind of screen presence that could make either version genuinely compelling.

The Speed Force. The lightning. The red suit.

MIKE FAIST AS THE FLASH OR WALLY WEST? ⚡

Honestly… I can see both. 🔴⚡

MR. IRRELEVANT 🏈 — DAVID CORENSWET’S OTHER SIDE

Before he became Superman, David Corenswet was already making a name for himself — and now he’s taking on a completely different kind of hero in Mr. Irrelevant. 🏈

Based on the true story of John Tuggle, the film follows the final pick of the 1983 NFL Draft and the journey that proved being called “Mr. Irrelevant” didn’t mean being irrelevant.

But seeing Corenswet in a football story hits a little differently after watching him as Superman. There’s something fitting about seeing the Man of Steel step away from the cape and onto the field — especially when you add Pearl to the mix, giving us another reminder of just how different his roles can be.

From Superman to John Tuggle, Corenswet continues to show another side of himself on screen.

The cape is gone. The jersey is on. 🏈

And honestly… I’m here for this era of David Corenswet. 🔥

HAL JORDAN 💚 — THE GREEN LANTERN IS FINALLY HERE

After years of waiting, Hal Jordan is finally getting the live-action treatment he deserves. 💚

Played by Kyle Chandler, Lanterns will introduce one of DC’s most iconic heroes to the new DCU, bringing Hal’s experience, confidence and legendary willpower into a story that looks very different from the usual superhero formula.

But Hal won’t be doing this alone. Alongside John Stewart, he’ll be investigating a mystery on Earth that could connect to something far bigger — potentially opening the door to the Green Lantern Corps and the cosmic side of the DCU.

From legendary test pilot to Green Lantern, Hal Jordan has always been one of DC’s greatest heroes.

And now, under James Gunn and Peter Safran, the Emerald Knight is finally getting his moment.

Kyle Chandler. Hal Jordan. Green Lantern. 💚

INDE NAVARRETTE 🖤 — A STAR ON THE RISE

There’s no denying that Inde Navarrette is becoming one of the most exciting young names to watch. 🖤

From her work in Obsession to landing the role of Rogue in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men, she’s already showing the kind of range that can take an actor from promising talent to a genuine breakout star.

What makes Inde stand out is that she doesn’t feel limited to one type of role. She can bring vulnerability, intensity, attitude and emotion to her performances, giving her the kind of versatility that could carry her through completely different worlds.

And now, with Rogue potentially introducing her to an entirely new audience, this could be the beginning of a much bigger chapter in her career.

The talent. The presence. The versatility.
The future looks very bright for Inde Navarrette. 🖤🔥

SOPHIE THATCHER AS BLACK CAT 🖤🐈‍⬛ — MARVEL, HEAR ME OUT.

Okay… Sophie Thatcher as Felicia Hardy might actually be one of those fancasts that makes way too much sense.

She has the look, the attitude, and that perfect balance between mysterious, chaotic, confident and dangerous that Black Cat needs. After seeing what Thatcher can bring to darker, emotionally intense roles, imagining her opposite Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is honestly hard to ignore.

Felicia Hardy isn’t just another Spider-Man character. She’s someone who can walk into Peter’s life, completely disrupt it, flirt with danger, and somehow make you question whether she’s helping him or making everything worse. 🖤

And Sophie Thatcher has exactly the kind of screen presence that could make Black Cat feel like more than just a love interest.

Sony… Marvel…
I’m just saying. The suit would go HARD. 🐈‍⬛🔥

LANTERNS 💚 — THE DCU’S NEXT BIG GAMBLE

The age of the Green Lanterns is finally coming. 💚

With Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan and Aaron Pierre as John Stewart, Lanterns is bringing two of DC’s most iconic Lanterns together for a story that could completely redefine the cosmic side of the new DCU.

And the cast keeps getting better — Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Ulrich Thomsen as Sinestro, alongside Kelly Macdonald, Laura Linney and Garret Dillahunt.

But with James Gunn and Peter Safran building the new DCU, Lanterns feels like more than just another superhero series. It could be the gateway to the Green Lantern Corps, deep-space mythology, alien worlds and a much larger DC universe.

Hal Jordan. John Stewart. Sinestro. Guy Gardner.
The ring chooses its bearer. The DCU chooses its future. 💚

NAH… DOOM IS ACTUALLY HIM. 💀🔥

Marvel really looked at the entire multiverse and said “let’s make it everyone’s problem.” Doctor Doom. The Avengers. The Fantastic Four. The X-Men. Steve Rogers. Thor. Magneto. Professor X. Cyclops. And Robert Downey Jr. standing at the center of it all as the man who might actually be powerful enough to bring every universe crashing down. (TV Insider)

the craziest part is watching the MCU enter an era where nothing feels impossible anymore. after everything we got with Endgame, seeing this many legends collide again feels like Marvel is trying to recreate that once-in-a-generation feeling — except this time, the villain is the one controlling the board.

“HELL ANSWERS TO ME… FOR I AM DOOM.” 🥶💀

December 18 can’t come fast enough.

BRO… ARE WE ACTUALLY GETTING ADRIA ARJONA AS WONDER WOMAN? 👀⚔️

DC has been keeping Adria Arjona’s role in Man of Tomorrow completely under wraps, and at this point the secrecy is starting to feel VERY intentional. She’s training 2–3 hours a day, building muscles she says she’s never had before, and when she was asked about the Wonder Woman rumors… she literally walked away. 😭

James Gunn has already said Adria would make a great Wonder Woman, she’s now part of the DCU, and nobody has officially been announced as Diana Prince. Add the mystery role, the training, the rumors and that absolutely suspicious Comic-Con reaction… tell me they aren’t hiding something. 🗿🔥

if Adria Arjona really walks out as Wonder Woman in Man of Tomorrow, the DCU fandom is going to LOSE IT. Diana Prince might be closer than we think. 👀💙❤️⚔️

SPIDER-MAN GAMES — A LOVE LETTER TO THE WEB-SLINGING ERA 🕷️

The Spider-Man games were never just superhero games. They were the closest we ever got to actually being Spider-Man. From swinging through New York to fighting villains, stopping random crimes, and just sitting on a rooftop after everything was over, these games made the city feel alive.

Marvel’s Spider-Man gave us Peter at a completely different point in his life — experienced, but still struggling to balance being a hero and being a person. Then Miles Morales showed us a new Spider-Man finding his own identity and learning what the mask truly meant.

And Spider-Man 2 brought it all together. Peter, Miles, Harry, Kraven, Venom, the symbiote, the sacrifices — it felt like everything we had experienced was building toward something bigger.

But honestly, it’s the little moments I’ll remember most. The swinging. The conversations. The music. Exploring New York with absolutely nothing to do.

These games didn’t just let us play as Spider-Man.

For a little while, they made us feel like we were him. 🕷️❤️

GOTHAM IS BACK. 🦇

The streets of Glasgow have officially been transformed into Gotham once again as The Batman: Part II continues filming — and after everything that happened in 2022, this feels like the return we’ve been waiting years for.

Matt Reeves’ The Batman gave us one of the darkest, most atmospheric versions of Gotham ever put on screen, with Robert Pattinson’s Batman, Paul Dano’s Riddler and Colin Farrell’s Penguin leaving the city completely changed. Then The Penguin took that world even further, becoming a massive success and showing just how much potential this version of Gotham still has.

Now the story continues. Batman is coming back, Penguin is still in the picture, and Gotham is about to get even more dangerous.

And the new additions? Sebastian Stan and Scarlett Johansson joining Pattinson in this universe is INSANE. Stan is set to play Harvey Dent, while Johansson’s role has been kept under wraps — exactly the kind of mystery that makes this movie even more intriguing. (the-independent.com)

With Glasgow once again becoming Gotham, winter setting the tone, the Batmobile tearing through the streets and Reeves promising another deeply character-driven chapter…

THIS ISN’T JUST A SEQUEL.

GOTHAM IS EVOLVING. 🦇

And we’re finally getting closer to seeing what comes next.
