oh softball- where do i even begin ? i’m not sure if this is the end of the road for us, and i’ll pray everyday that it isn’t… but if it is, how lucky was i to get to love you, and to have you love me back so fiercely?! you gave me my heart, my drive, my bridesmaids, and even the person i love most. i thought our time together ended a long time ago, but i should’ve known better. i prayed in may for just half of a season, just to hold on for half a season… but as my god would have it, he gave me a whole season, 22 games to rewrite the hardest chapter of my life. if this is the end of the road- thank god it happened this summer, with these people. every part of my shattered heart has been pieced back together, and i’ll be indebted to this season forever and ever.

softball- I don’t know if this is goodbye, but if it is… thanks for showing me just how strong I can be. I hope I’ve left it better than I found it… because it left me better than I ever could’ve imagined 🫶🏼

The people that God has given me through softball is what made the last 18 years so sweet. I truly can’t put into words how much I love my teammates. I would not have made it through anything without the support and love from every single one of them-(currently feels like i’m going through 20 breakups at the same time so please send prayers 🤧)

As hard as it is to close this chapter, I’m so grateful for everything this game has taught me. The lessons that come with playing a sport your whole life is a longggg list, but the most important one is to TRUST IN THE LORD. Through every high and low, my career has been a reminder that God’s plans are always greater than my own! SO MANY SMILES💌
