To think I didn’t know a single soul when I moved to Michigan for college, and now 8 years later, I have a group of soul sisters willing to fly to NYC just to celebrate me, PLUS two high school friends that stuck around all these years & hosted us there, a sister who tirelessly planned the whole trip, a mama who drove up just to be with us, and an amazing man I get to celebrate marrying 🥹 God is so faithful and I am so grateful.

I’m so excited for our 12th annual 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING to begin in two months! And, for the first time ever, we are offering a $1,000 need-based scholarship, in honor of Amy Boswell🩵
