“Every area of my life has opened and expanded.”

This is what Queen Liz shared after being just 5 months inside Queendom.

And honestly, she is such a beautiful example of what happens when a woman stops trying to fix the surface and goes to the root.

Through The Root Method and the four pillars in Queendom, Liz came home to more of herself.

Her relationship is more incredible than it has ever been.
She is fully IN her mission.
She created her beautiful website.
She brought her postpartum card deck and app into the world.
And she is using her voice in a much bigger way.

This is the work.

Not forcing yourself into a bigger life, but becoming the woman who can hold more love, legacy, intimacy, family, mission, wealth, and truth.

To me, Queendom is a new operating system for humanity.

Where love is organized into sovereignty instead of fear being organized into power.

Liz, watching you expand, open, take up space, and see yourself as the brilliant woman you are has been such a gift.

You are a wizard.
A Jedi.
A true Queen.

I love you.
I am so grateful we get to do life this way.

Things that have made life feel good recently 🤎

WE DANCED. WE SWEATED. WE LAUGHED. WE CRIED. WE LET GO. 🌀

Today’s class was so much more than a dance class.

I watched people step beyond their comfort zones, open themselves up, take risks, and let the music move through them. I watched bodies become more free, people become more present, and strangers begin to feel like community.

This is why I teach.

Because dance isn’t only about getting the choreography right.

Sometimes it’s about giving yourself permission to feel again.
To be seen.
To take up space.
To express what words can’t.
To come back into your body.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for our first Lyrical class at Contemporary Ballet Dallas. 🤍

You came ready to dance and you gave each other permission to be fully human.

This is the kind of room I want to create.
A place where we can move with strength, dance with freedom, and perform with authenticity.

And we’re only getting started. 🌀

POV: You stopped surviving Mondays and started using them as portals. 🌊✨

This isn’t just me standing in water—this is sacred exchange.

Grounding at the healing springs.
Releasing the old.
Cleansing my energy.
Setting new intentions.
Manifesting with belief.
Affirming without fear.
Receiving without resistance.

While the world is rushing into another workweek, I’m slowing down long enough to align with the life I’m calling in.

No special occasion. No retreat. No waiting for the “right time.”

Just a regular Monday morning—believing, receiving and living life in 7D.

I don’t chase the life I desire—I become aligned with it. 🌊

Stress often shows up as raised shoulders, a tight neck, and shallow breathing. Deep breaths paired with slow shoulder rolls and gentle neck stretches can soften muscular tension, restore mobility, and help your body shift out of bracing.

Regulation doesn’t always have to feel serious. Sometimes it can look like moving to a good song in the playroom!

TUNED Playroom Practice No. 1 🤍

Sometimes I can feel energy building in my body, but motherhood doesn’t always give me the time or space for an elaborate self-care ritual.

So I shake.

For sixty seconds, I let my body move the energy it’s been holding.

I don’t have to leave the playroom or wait for the perfect moment. I simply meet myself where I am and return to the rest of my day feeling a little more present, open and alive.

Our love story in France in the 1e Arrondissement of Paris & the Lavender fields of Aix-En-Provence.

It was 38 degrees at midnight in a roof top apartment, café au lait with silver cream jugs, looking for fountains to cool down, roaming old streets and admiring the warm summer light dabbling on the golden facades, dealing with moany little kids that had too many icecreams, carrying them for 20k steps a day, finally buying them a twin stroller cause their little feet apparently are not made for walking, meeting up with long lost friends whom still occupy such a big place in my heart, living next to the Louvres but never actually going in, finally seeing my lavender fields and getting high on the smell of summer, eating all of the fruits I missed so much, lacey white everythings… So many long lost loves of ours to put in a caption.

I wanted to dedicate my page to arts only, but this was art in itself- surviving a heatwave in France with island babies and quintessential European parents who love nothing more than the best feelings of home. The paradox of this time was not lost on us 🩵
