Imma keep this one short and sweet.

I love Valentine’s Day. Not for the grand gestures. But the way you do it in elementary school. With the little handmade mailboxes? I learned love by writing “Keep it Groovy Valentine” on itty bitty Scooby Doo cards sent to everyone I had ever met in my 10 years of life. No hierarchy, no drama (for the most part).

I like the idea of a day that reminds us we all need love. In all its shapes and at no expense greater than small gestures.

So happy Valentine’s Day to you ❤️

Here are a few keepsakes collected from a life full of love. Art from friends, sweet gestures/letters/smiles, and so many more intangible pieces that remind me how extraordinarily lucky I am. A reminder that I often need, and never take for granted.

That’s a wrap!

I’ve missed being more in-touch and online lately, but not as much as I’ve enjoyed this little bit of quiet creativity. And now that you’re caught up, I’m excited to share that I will be back on the mat with you in person very soon!

I’m teaching a few pop-up classes in Calgary through the next couple of months starting on January 17th @edgemontathletic before traveling in March to scout retreat locations for 2027!

I cannot wait to see you all soon, and to share what I’ve been stirring up for you ♥️

How the Deadly Nedly stole Christmas 🎄 spinning straight killer no filler 11pm-midnight tonight @thefacultyyeg come support & have a good time 🚀❤️‍🔥

Stoked to be getting booked for more EDM events here in the city. Let a lot of things holding me back go in 2025 & I’ve been opening my mind to new styles of music. I realized trying to please many of Edmonton’s club owners & promoters is a dead end. It’s time to start playing/producing EDM and get booked for these festivals & raves full of music lovers. Come support and have a good time tix are $25

Shoutout to @lizlundcreative for the photos hit her up if your looking for a photoshoot. Her kitties 🐈‍⬛ 🐱 Jasper & Pita also featured
