One thing you should NEVER say to a personal trainer when they ask, “How was that?”

“Fine.”

Because “fine” apparently means add more weight.

Choose your words wisely.

Caught up with House trainer @jaxondisanjh working with the TriCity Titans Fastball team last night. The girls are in their off season… building strength, speed and agility.

Are you part of a team, or know someone who is?? We have elite trainers and an elite facility to help build teams and athletes for all sports.

DM to set up a complementary team session and let’s get to work 💪🏼🔥

Preparing the client’s workout plan… starting with a little weekend story check 👀

Because before the sets, reps, and structure, we need the full recap. What you ate, how you slept, what you did, and all the details to know how hard we will push you. 😜

When your trainer challenges you…

We promise it’s not an attack. It’s an act of love.

Every tough set, every extra rep, and every “you’ve got one more” are there for a reason. It’s about helping you get stronger, more confident, and closer to your goals than you thought possible.

Ready to be challenged the right way? Join House of Trainers and let’s get to work.

If you feel dead after your first HouseCamp, don’t worry, it gets better.

Your body is just getting used to working out, and that’s completely normal. The first few classes feel tough, but over time, you get stronger, your stamina improves, and everything starts to feel more manageable.

Just keep coming, stay consistent, and trust the process. The progress will show up.
