this week was so so amazing!! i am so grateful i got to spend it with this incredible group of girls! i am so honored to be named a top 8 finalist, preliminary scholastic winner, preliminary interview winner, and preliminary self expression winner!! thank you to everyone for their love and support throughout this process!

wow wow wow. jefferson county distinguished young woman is over!! this week was truly a breath of fresh air, and i am leaving more confident, more empowered, and more prepared than ever. i am so honored to have won 2nd alternate, self expression overall, and 4 preliminary awards! i worked so hard preparing for this week, but I am so ready for the next part of my journey!

i truly could not have made it through this week without the endless support from my teachers, parents, and friends. to everyone who sent me supportive messages and good luck texts, they meant the world to me! thank you to my amazing sponsors, and The Pointe Dance Arts for helping me in every way you could. To my family, ethan, and everyone who came to watch me this week, i love you guys more than anything!

@woodalltessa girl you are stuck with me now. im so grateful this week brought us together. you are intelligent, a beautiful dancer, and so so so kind. i really couldn’t have made it though that top 8 without you by my side 🩷

We are also thrilled to share our top non-finalist talent winners who have won a $350 scholarship and will perform again for us tonight!

Join us at John Carroll Catholic High School for the 2 Preliminaries: Friday Night , July 18th, 6:30 PM, Saturday Afternoon July 19th, 12:30 PM and FINALS, Saturday, July 19th, 6:30 PM.

Our 20 participants will perform in the Talent, Fitness, and Self Expression categories 🧡🧡.
