In 2025, our community expanded in meaningful, measurable ways; not just in size, but in impact.

A few moments that defined the year — together, we:

Expanded the depth of support we provide to creators, from strategy and partnerships to long-term growth and monetization
Built smarter, more scalable internal systems that allow our team to move faster and support more creators without losing the human touch
Strengthened cross-team collaboration as our agency continued to evolve and specialize
Brought our community together at key cultural moments, creating real connection beyond the screen (CMA, LTK Con, NYFW — and Haus of Hearts up next 💌)

As we kicked off the new year, one thing is crystal clear: our growth was powered by our incredible team. And one of the milestones we are most proud of is that growth.

This year, we’re celebrating 14 promotions across the agency; each one earned through leadership, consistency, and meaningful impact. Please join us in giving a huge congratulations to team members as they step into their new roles.
