These students are the true definition of leadership. They saw an opportunity to make a difference, and they turned it into something that reached far beyond a single classroom or group of friends. Through their vision, compassion, and determination, they created space for their entire school to learn, connect, reflect, and grow.

The day featured powerful conversations, meaningful activities, and inspiring voices—including The Humanity Launch’s own Maddie Thie, who bravely shared her vulnerability and personal story. It also featured guest speaker Jake Danielson from Rapid City.

It is difficult to put into words the impact a handful of dedicated students can have—not only within their school, but throughout their community. Their leadership reminds us that meaningful change often begins with a few people who are willing to speak up, show up, and care deeply.

To the Brandon Valley seniors who made this day possible: congratulations, and thank you. Your courage and commitment are making your school—and your community—a better place. We are honored to celebrate you! 👏💙
