⚓️HAIRFLIP ➡️ ANCHOR DIP⚓️

This is such a fun move to throw into your every day dances! It initiates from a hammerlock position and flows from there.

HELPFUL HINTS:
LEADS ➡️ Move the follow into hammerlock (through a J-Hook) and let her do the hair flip. Then move your arm like you’re holding a shield, DON’T FLEX YOUR BICEP ON HER BICEP because it will hurt! Instead use your arm like a brace for her weight.

FOLLOWS ➡️ When you lean back into the dip, use your left leg as your support and right leg to stylize! Make sure you have a secure hold over your lead’s arm! AND AS ALWAYS USE YOUR CORE!

Thank you to @graham_o33 for being my lead and @ugaswingdance for the venue! Huge shout out to @lizzyrebber for filming! 🫶
