One year after a devastating house fire, this Needham home rebuild continues to move forward. Rebuilding a home takes more than construction — it takes coordination, thoughtful planning, and a team working toward a shared vision.

The Needham home rebuild continues to make meaningful progress. Drywall and flooring are now largely in place, bringing the interior closer to the finishing stages, with flooring ready for stain selection and walls prepared for paint.

Outside, the home’s transformation is taking shape as well. The exterior is nearing completion, while the expansive backyard deck and front porch are well underway — creating spaces that will soon welcome family, friends, and new memories.

Step by step, this home is moving closer to its next chapter. We’re proud to help guide the process and bring the right professionals together to make that possible.

At our Wilton country house, the details give each room its character.
A curved blue banquette follows the windows in the dining nook, creating an inviting place to linger. In the living room, a warm wood ceiling, generous seating, and thoughtfully styled built-ins bring a sense of ease. Elsewhere, moody paneled cabinetry adds depth, while two bathrooms pair clean-lined oak vanities with tile in soft gray and vivid blue.
The palette shifts from room to room, but the feeling carries through: refined, welcoming, and made for everyday life.
