After many months in development, much thought and hard work, niosleep has finally launched.

I first realised the need for a system to help people to sleep many years ago as a hypnotherapist, because sleep was always the part of my educational seminars and workshops that people were most interested in.

Sleep is a natural phenomenon that is probably the most healing and restorative thing that we can do for ourselves without any medical intervention at all.

Many millions of people globally are on sleeping tablets, because it is such a huge problem, but the sleep that this gives them is not optimal, it is a drugged state and does not lead to the restorative rest that we need.

By collaborating with an audiovisual team to record my own meditations, designing bespoke aromatherapy products with Lisa from @ljnatural to enhance and promote sleep, and researching how to improve sleep, we now have the niosleep box.

This is a new and unique concept where we combine not just the natural products conducive to improving your sleep, but specific audiovisual meditations to guide you gently down to sleep all backed by a scientific guide telling you how to sleep effectively.

This three pronged approach to improving your sleep has been incredibly successful with our clients so far and we know that it will work for you too.

In the coming weeks, there will be a lot of content released on here to introduce the products and the meditations and to discuss the concept, and we know that before long, we will be helping many of you to improve your sleep.

Poor sleep costs the global economy billions each year and it is our mission to put a stop to that and to improve productivity, happiness and wellbeing for thousands of people.

You can now buy your sleep box very easily online.

Simply click on the link in the bio which will take you to the website where you can read about the products and buy your sleep box.

We cannot wait to hear what you think of this product and how it has helped you to sleep more effectively.

Many thanks

Robert Brennan and the niosleep team

Found myself using my amazing (bespoke blend) aromatherapy oils today from the very talented @ljnatural 🙏

This particular one is to support confidence and certainty and I use it alongside @haveningtechniques , hypnosis and NLP to anchor in a deep feeling of confidence in my clients where the need arises.

Why use one modality when you can use 10?

There is a solution to every mindset problem you may face, you just need someone to help you find it 😊
