19 years in, and we’re still learning, growing and moving our community forward.

Community, movement, and sunrise… it doesn’t get much better than that.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our sunrise Pilates sessions at the Ballito Pro. Seeing our community come together on the beach each morning is always so special, and having a few dolphins join us made it even more memorable. 🐬

What Being a Pilates Instructor is All About. 🤍

In just 8 days, registrations close for our July BASI Pilates Teacher Training Course. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s really like to be a Pilates instructor, this is it.
