Lift. Recover. Repeat. 💪🏼

Training is only part of the equation — proper recovery is just as important for making progress.

Here’s why massage therapy is a perfect addition to your recovery routine:

• Increases circulation - brings oxygen to area and carries waste away.

• Reduces chance of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) - flushes fluid back into lymph system and reducing the pressure on muscle fibers that cause soreness.

• Supports range of motion (ROM) — reducing muscle and fascial tension can help you move more freely and comfortably.

• Safety = Recovery - Repair only occurs when our nervous system feels safe and relaxed, and massage is one of the best ways to achieve this state!

Your workouts create the stimulus. Recovery is where your body adapts.
