🤰🏽Pregnancy Recap • Pt. 4: The Final Chapter

✨ As this chapter closes, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey it’s been✨

👶🏾Becoming a mum is one of the biggest transformations of my life, but even though I’m stepping into this new role, I’m still everything I used to be.

💭I’m the woman with dreams, passions, and memories that have shaped who I am—and now, I’m ✨yet to meet everything I’ll become✨ as I step into motherhood.

🫶🏽I’ll take the best parts of everything I’ve experienced, the lessons learned, the love felt, and use them to shape my new self as a mum.

But I know, I’ll also *miss the days* when it was just the two of us. The quiet moments, the excitement of feeling that little flutter, and even the days of carrying that beautiful bump. Those memories will always be with me. 🌿

But this new chapter?

🍼I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m beyond grateful for the chance to grow and evolve alongside my little boy. The love I have for him already is indescribable, and I can’t wait to make so many beautiful memories as a family.

❤️Our life as a family is just beginning❤️

We have so much ahead of us—*new adventures*, a lifetime of learning, growing, and building a life together. I can’t wait to see where the future takes us and all the moments that are still waiting to unfold. 🌟

Here’s to the next chapter, filled with love, family, and the most beautiful journey yet.

Wow…what a year it has been….from travelling the world doing what I love, to becoming a two time mens physique champion, to representing Ireland, to scaling my business, to being nominated for awards, to doing a media run and so much more….

One of the things I cherish most about this year is the people I met along the way and the relationships that were formed

2023 was the year of breaking barriers, change and growth….2024 we take over! 🔥

Huge thanks to those who have supported me along the way ❤️
