So grateful to be officially presented at the Louisiana Leadership Institute Mardi Gras Washington ceremony hosted by Congressman Cleo Fields ✨ @realcleofields I am deeply thankful for the supportive donors who are helping make my journey to Washington possible. Your generosity is opening doors for me to represent our beautiful state. I am honored to serve as a Princess for the Washington Mardi Gras Ball, a celebration that takes place each year in Washington DC. Since the 1940s this event has brought Louisiana culture to the nation’s capital through tradition, service, and joyful unity. The Krewe that travels each year carries a legacy that I am humbled to join. @washingtonmardigras Being surrounded by incredible young women from across Louisiana who represent their hometowns, festivals, and communities reminded me how powerful our sisterhood truly is. I am grateful to have been selected for this opportunity and I pray to carry Louisiana’s heart with grace, gratitude, and purpose πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’› Every good and perfect gift is from above. ✨ Success ✨ Day 7 of 10 Today’s countdown to the Miss Louisiana Port City Pageant is all about success, one of the most meaningful points of the Miss America crown. But success is not just found in placements or awards. It is found in the people you meet, the lives you touch, and the moments that change you along the way. Over the last few years, this opportunity has allowed me to meet thousands of people across Louisiana. Kids who ran up to hug me at festivals. Teens who shared their dreams with me. Adults who encouraged me with wisdom and kindness. Community leaders who welcomed me into their events. Politicians who listened to my advocacy work. Activists who inspired me with their passion for change. Every appearance gave me a chance to grow, to learn, and to serve with purpose. These connections are the true definition of success. They taught me how to communicate with people from every background, how to lead with compassion, and how to represent my community with grace. They reminded me that the Miss America Opportunity is about impact, not just crowns. I am grateful for every handshake, every conversation, every smile, and every moment where I felt God using me to be a light. I cannot wait to cheer on the next titleholder as she discovers her own success through the people she meets and the hearts she touches. @missamerica @misslaorg @missamericala @missamericasteenla @missamericasteen #missamerica #success #missamericasteen #raisingkidsforahealthyfuture #misslouisiana
