I’m thrilled to announce that I will be teaching “The Fundamentals of Full Arch Implant Maintenance” CE course at the 4M Institute! 🦷

As full arch implants continue to gain popularity across dentistry, more hygienists are encountering these cases in their chairs and with that comes the need for specialized education on how to properly clean them and ensure their long-term success.

For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside top surgeons at 4M Dental Implant Center, where I’ve learned from the best mentors in the business about what it truly takes to achieve implant longevity. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience into the classroom.

Mark your calendars for April 18th! I’ll be joined by my colleague Sabrina Davila RDH, BSDH for a full day dedicated entirely to full arch implant maintenance and longevity.

Whether you’re a seasoned hygienist looking to refine your skills, a new grad building confidence, or simply someone eager to expand your knowledge—this course will provide the tools you need to succeed.

The Details:
📍 Location: 4M Institute, Long Beach, CA
📅 Date: Saturday, April 18
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🥐 Breakfast and lunch provided
🎓 8 LIVE CE credits

Spots are limited! Scan the flyer to register or contact Rebecca at (562) 382-0483 with any questions.

Improved Quality of Life:
Maintaining oral health through cleanings can enhance nutrition, speech, and self-esteem, leading to better overall well-being and a higher quality of life 🫶

Wow! 🤩 Watching my whole year in a 1 minute video (that took me like 3 days to make btw bc I’m a geriatric millennial😂) really reminds me to show gratitude for how blessed I am for my health and all of the people in my life.

I’ve been fortunate to travel to Guatamala, Lake Tahoe, Oahu, Arizona, Catalina Island, wine country and more. We’ve been to weddings, graduations, festivals and birthdays. l’ve laughed, l’ve cried, I’ve danced, celebrated engagements, said good bye to loved ones and enjoyed more time with our sweet furbabies. I’ve strengthened bonds with family, made memories with coworkers, partied into the night with old & new friends, all while having my supportive partner by my side @andrelabrune . And while I haven’t seen many of the people who mean the most to me, I hope to fill my time with more of them next year.

Although this year has been mentally challenging for me and exhausting in some aspects, I have a deep sense of gratitude for my friends and family who have listened, encouraged and pulled me through. I’m ready to say goodbye to 2024 and I look forward to accomplishing my goals and creating memories in 2025.💜✌🏽🎆

One For The Qhmer 🌈

545 miles. 7 days. 1 Mission. 🚲

I just launched my fundraiser campaign to support the Los Angeles LGBT+ Center, please share and support, and let me know if you’d like to join my team: Team Qhmer!

Completing the AIDS/LifeCycle ride has been a goal of mine for many years. Circa 2017, I had registered for the ride, but had to drop out because I could not reach my fundraising goal on time.

This year I am dedicated to train, fundraise, and to see all of you at the finish line! I’m honored to represent Qhmer as we help fundraise and support the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

Links in my bio, one for the Qhmer gear (sweater, t-shirts, or hoodies) fundraiser where all proceeds go directly to my fundraiser campaign and another link if you’d like to donate directly without the gear.
Let’s go ! 💪 🚴
