So we all got the Air Max 95 “Neon” Big Bubble in hand, and what a moment it is. The shape, the gradient, the way that Air unit sits proud… the AM95 just feels right (other than that white stitching). The AM95 is always available on the resale market, but knowing that every 5 to 10 years a retro is coming, this one felt special.

Here in the UK the question always comes up. Do you need a double up? I cannot say if we will ever get a “big bubble” Neon again, so it is a risk you have to take. Maybe you do not. But when a pair means this much, having one to wear and one to keep clean does not sound too crazy.

The best part though? Being able to help get pairs out to the community. After the very limited drop in 2025 this one was much better. Seeing people who love the shoe finally land their size has been a real win. Over the last few days we have helped get pairs around the UK, and seeing them go straight to foot is dope.

The Air Max 95 means so much to so many people for so many reasons. A regional favourite up in Liverpool, stamped all over London, and with roots that trace back to America. Somehow it travelled across the water and became something bigger. The uniform. Tracksuit? Perfect. Styled fit? Perfect. However you rock them, the AM95 just works. No explanation needed. No trend cycle followed.

Prada America’s Cup, first created in 1997 as performance footwear for Prada’s Luna Rossa sailing team.

It came out of Prada’s technical sportswear universe that evolved into Linea Rossa, mixing leather with technical fabric and a chunky rubber sole that later became its signature.

Prada has never consistently credited a single named designer for the original model in public materials, and it’s generally treated as an in house Prada design from the Miuccia Prada era.

It is the blueprint for modern luxury sneakers. In the 90’s this was an extremely unique design and it’s continued to be popular almost 30 years later with little overall change. In Europe the sneaker has been adopted by a variety of subcultures.
