What do you do when you have a leftover scrap piece of dough that comes out to a measley 160g…. you make a 12” tavern style pizza. duh.

Now before I get killed in the comments by all the Midwestern people, I am originally from Massachusetts, so I did kind of make it bar style to start, but then I cut it all fancy tavern style like you Midwesterners like it.

Not only did I use a scrap piece of dough, but I literally use scraps of cheese that I had left in my fridge… I think I had like five slices of deli sliced mozz leftover, a chunk of white cheddar, and luckily, I had a can of @biancodinapolitomatoes hanging around. Gotta be resourceful in these tough times! 😜

Baked in my home oven on my @atlassteelco baking, steel and in a @lloydpans 12 inch bar #pizza pan. Baked at 550F for 8 minutes in the pan, then transfer it out directly on the baking steel to finish crisping.

Let me know what you think?!

Pillowy Pepperoni Sicilian Pizza with ASMR CRUNCH

I spend so much time making NEPA pan fried Sicilian in the pizza garage that i forget to make the classic american sicilian!

This bad boy was super light and super crisp.

Do you enjoy Sicilian pizza or are you more into thin crusts?

Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza came out exactly as I was hoping tonight!

I made this one for a local business owner that takes good care of our family, and we thought sending a PFS pizza would be a nice little tip for them!

Would you rather a cash tip or a pizza like this?!

Appreciation post for our Pepperoni pizza. Crispy cheese crusts with a light, pillowy dough. Topped with Dinapoli tomatoes and garnished with aged pecorino.
A classic amongst classics.
