The Mental Health Open Mic is BACK… but WAY GRUNGIER. 🤘🖤

For World Mental Health Day, we’re continuing with one of our most meaningful gatherings — a night to get honest, get creative, and share what’s on your HeART.

🎤 Stories. Poetry. Music. Art.
Come take the mic — or just come lend an ear.

This special STAY LOUD edition will also feature authors + mental health advocates Kelly Catlin, author of Forever in Bloom: The True Story of Kurt Cobain, and Rob Janicke, author of SLACKER: 1991, Teen Spirit Angst, & the Generation It Created.

No perfect words required. No performance required.
Just real people, real stories, and space to be heard.

🖤 STAY LOUD: Mental Health Open Mic
📅 Friday, October 9 | 6–9 PM
📍 Zen Haus Cafe | Ridgewood, NJ

This event is FREE to attend, but we encourage bringing a nonperishable food item or making a monetary donation to SSA of Ridgewood NJ. 🙏

Books will be available for purchase and proceeds will support HeART Haus and our mission to cultivate community connection and well-being through the arts. 💜

Share your HeART. Use your voice. Be heard.
