🌿 Skin has a natural cycle: It takes about 28-40 days for your skin cells to renew, meaning products need time to affect deeper layers and show visible results.

🧪 Active ingredients build up gradually: Ingredients like retinol, vitamin C, and peptides strengthen and repair your skin over weeks to months.

🔬 Consistency is key: Skincare works by improving your skin’s health over time, not by giving temporary surface fixes.

💡 Think of it like fitness: Just as you won’t see muscle growth after one workout, you won’t see full skincare results after one use. Patience + consistency = results.
