🥂 Cheers to 5 years!

We’re a little late to the party, but we’re finally sharing some love for The Silos in Easley, which celebrated its fifth birthday a few months ago.

OTGG was there for the celebration with one very important assignment: try the food. We sampled bites from every vendor and, by the end, were happily stuffed. No complaints here. 😂

The lineup has grown over the years, but Inky’s is the OG. It was the original food vendor at The Silos and has been part of the story from the beginning.

One of the best things about The Silos is the mix of food from around the world, all in one place. From cheesesteaks, pizza, and Indian street food to Thai/Vietnamese, loaded potatoes, donuts, and local beer brewed on site, there’s plenty to explore.

Here’s the lineup:
🥪 Inky’s
🇮🇳 Indigo Indian Street Kitchen
🍺 Silos Brewing Company
🥔 Loaded Gourmet Tater Bar
🍩 You Drive Me Glazy
🍜 Raya’s Hot Kitchen
🍕 Joe’s at The Silos

And then there’s The Grainyard, the outdoor gathering space. With covered and uncovered seating, fans, and even a funky railcar restroom, it’s set up for hanging out in more than one season.

The property has its own story, too. The buildings date back to the late 1940s, when they were built for Continental Grain Company. The site later became home to Farm Bureau and other grain companies before sitting vacant for decades.

Today, that history lives on alongside the businesses giving the property a new chapter. You Drive Me Glazy, for example, sits in what was once the scale weigh room and loading platform for the former Dixie Milling site.

It’s an old Easley space with a new life, one that gives local businesses room to grow and gives the community a place to gather.

Now for the important question:
🙋 How many different places are you ordering from? 😂

Build your ideal Silos trifecta! Ours might be an Italian hoagie from Inky’s, a beer from Silos Brewing, and donuts from You Drive Me Glazy.

Hmm... we might need those spring rolls from Raya’s again.

Where are you stopping first? 👇

And a big thank-you to The Silos for supporting OTGG as our Outdoor Dining Guide sponsor! 🦩

What an amazing Day yesterday celebrating our 5 year anniversary!! It gave us the opportunity to look back through the years of great times, challenges, new friends, surprises, and growth that we have been through! And my goodness do we feel humbled and happy about it all!

When we purchased this property in 2019, we had HUGE plans. While we havent been able to go a direct path to those plans, we are incredibly grateful to have built something amazing for a community we love so deeply!!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the privilege of serving you, your families, your friends, neighbors and guests for 5 beautiful years. It is this phenomenal community that has made the Silos the place that it is!!!
With love and our deepest appreciation
