THE PRETTIEST BRUNCH SPOT IN NORTH VAN?! 🍓✨

If you love aesthetic brunch plates, this spot needs to be on your list! We tried the Lobster Benedict, Shakshuka, and Strawberry & Pistachio French Toast, and just LOOK at how the pistachio sauce covers the entire plate! 😍

Even better, they have weekday happy hour with dishes starting at just $11! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu during happy hour.

So I checked out Loam Bistro.

📍 230 Esplanade W, North Vancouver, BC V7M 3H8

Gonna be honest guys, I don’t come out to North Vancouver much but for this spot, it’s so worth it. I’ve heard many great things about the food and they really delivered! It’s absolutely delicious and the service is incredible as well!

I got to try:
- Squash Soup & Turkey Brie (October Only!)
- Bone Marrow Omelette
- Pumpkin Pie Latte (October Only!

The squash soup was creamy, rich and delicious with a perfectly paired turkey brie sandwich that was loaded with meat! The bone marrow omelette was incredible and again, loaded with meat! For me, I’m a meat lover so these dishes really hit the spot. I washed it down with their pumpkin pie latte which is made with in-house made pumpkin puree. Delicious, perfect for the season!

Chef Rahul Negi is the owner of Loam Bistro in North Vancouver. Blending international flavours with West Coast inspiration, he creates unique brunch and dinner dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local B.C. farms. Please check Loam Bistro out!

bone marrow omelette? now that’s not something you see on every brunch menu 🍳🍓

chef rahul negi worked in five-star hotel kitchens abroad, as well as joe fortes and robba da matti, before opening loam bistro in lower lonsdale with his partner honoka saito. that experience carries through to the food, and the coffee gets just as much thought as the plates. the strawberry and pistachio french toast is the one everyone photographs, but the sandwiches are what really carry the menu 🥪

it’s a daytime spot open seven days a week, and the seabus drops you a few blocks away.
