I wanted to surprise them with a Duffy boat day with some of their friends… but my mom HATES surprises 😂 so of course, I ended up telling them! And honestly, it was perfect because they had the BEST time. 🛥️☀️

BIG UPDATE: I wanted to wait till I got the finale pathology report. As of today I WON! I BEAT CANCER!!! I HAVE NO TRACE OF CANCER! Doctor confirmed! They got it all out! I feel so blessed! I know I had to say a goodbye to a lot of things, but the one thing I am happy to leave behind is Cancer!!!

I have been recovering from surgery nicely and when my Oncologist tested for cancer in my Lymph-nodes only one single lymph node came back positive and it was removed! Chemo worked for me! Doctor says it typically doesn’t for hormone positive cancers but it worked for me. I have felt all your prayers and they worked! Thank you so much!!

Since I still had 1 lymphnode light up (but it’s removed), they want to still do radiation just to make sure! Cancer never spread outside of the lymph-nodes thank goodness! I may need one additional surgery if they want to pull a few more lymph nodes but that will be up to my radiologist because they believe they feel comfortable just doing radiation as a precaution.

My pain has never hit beyond a 6 on a scale of 1-10. My current status is: no pain just discomfort.

I still have 2 out of the 4 drains remaining and I can’t wait to get those removed! They are so annoying!

Thank you all who wished me a happy birthday! I spent my birthday in a hospital room. Joe went to the lobby and bought us little ice cream bars and they sang happy birthday to me. It was simple but so sweet!

My Surgeons say my scars are recovering nicely! My hair is growing back and I’m not wearing wigs as much. I reached out to a doctor that’s going to help me take care of my fibroids so I’ll try and get that done while I’m still on medical leave.

It’s been nice not having to deal with work while healing. Thanks you Summa for that! I found a great OBGYN and an awesome Therapist to help me navigate all that I’ve been through.

I am still accepting visitors! I still have a long road ahead but at least it will be Cancer free! Now preventing Cancer from ever coming back! At the 2 years mark my oncologist said Joe and I can start trying for a baby! That will be our next journey! Thank you all for being there for us during this! I appreciate you!! Xoxo
