Why you asking all them questions making statements, assuming? 🤨😂

People love to talk, but results speak for themselves.

For anyone new to the industry, here’s the truth: if you have the right mindset, everything else can be taught.

We can’t make you want this. But if you do, we’ll show you the path and help you get there. 🚀

$484,233,261 in Q1 🚀
1,121 units funded.

A lean team. Elite execution. No wasted motion.

Behind these numbers is a team that shows up early, stays late, and refuses to settle for average.

Shoutout to a few people setting the tone:

Lacey with 68 funded loans in a single month. That’s not volume, that’s dominance.

Yousuf pushing nearly $24M in volume. Relentless energy and leadership that elevates everyone around him.

Dimitrie showing up daily, hitting goals, and constantly leveling up. That mindset compounds.

Shereen holding it down on the funding side. Late nights, weekends, whatever it takes to get it done right.

Ilia coming in new and already performing at a high level. Fast, sharp, and locked in.

This is what a high-performance team looks like.

No shortcuts. No fluff. Just results.

And we’re just getting started.

Shoutout to @uwmlending for inviting our CEO, Ameer Katifi, as part of the panel discussion at last night’s Mix & Mingle in Newport Beach!

Always grateful to be in a room with some of the top leaders in the industry.

Listen to what Ameer has to say about staying personally active in production while running your own business. If you can’t do it yourself, how are you supposed to teach your team?

Lead by example. Know your process. That’s how we build.

“What actually drives you?” 🎙️

Adam Amer (@vaultkingofficial) asks Ameer Katifi (TMC CEO)

Ameer talks about watching his dad work nonstop to provide. No shortcuts, no off days, just doing what had to be done.

And it shifts your perspective quick.

Why should the people before us carry that weight… and we take it easy?

Why should they sacrifice… and we look for the earliest way out?

Two leaders join forces 📶…

What actually separates the top performers in the mortgage industry from everyone else?

In this conversation, Ameer Katifi, CEO of Trusted Mortgage Capital, sits down with Adam Amer, CEO of Loan Vault, to talk about the partnership that has helped both companies grow and why trust, loyalty, and aligned long-term goals matter more than anything in this business.

They also dive into one of the biggest questions loan officers and entrepreneurs ask: does it make more sense to start your own mortgage company or operate as a branch under an established platform?

If you’re in the mortgage space, thinking about getting into it, or looking to level up your production and leadership, this discussion is packed with insight.

Two leaders. One vision.

Ameer Katifi, CEO of Trusted Mortgage Capital, and Adam Amer, CEO of Loan Vault, didn’t build their partnership by accident. It’s built on trust, loyalty, and a shared standard for what this industry should look like.

When you align with people who move the same way you do, who value relationships, execution, and long-term growth, the results speak for themselves.
