This is the evolution of @mywhiteoakconsulting from 2024-2026. It all goes back to taking a chance on a small dream I had for so long.

After our 2nd annual team retreat I’ve had time to reflect, and I don’t have any more words.

I still cannot believe this is what I get to wake up and do every day.

Stop waiting, have the hard conversations.. take the chance.. quit that job.. or go after what you want.

Don’t let someone else’s opinion of what you want stop you from making a choice.

Al final… sí es “LA GRAN COSA”. ✨

De adultos, muchos perdemos la capacidad de asombro, pero creo que la mayoría perdemos algo más: la capacidad de reconocer que estamos viviendo cosas que un día soñamos.

Y para eso tengo un ejercicio que he tenido que aprender en este corto trayecto con mi proyecto:

Cada vez que pienso que algo de lo que estoy viviendo “no es la gran cosa”, me pregunto:

¿La Danessa de 15 años pensaría que esto que estás viviendo hoy es “la gran cosa”?

Y mi respuesta siempre es: “Siiii. Ella estaría feliz y orgullosa.

Y entonces vuelvo a verlo todo desde sus ojos.

Porque quizás hoy para mí es “un evento más”, “una oportunidad más” pero para ella, esto era " LA GRAN COSA".
