I asked, she delivered 🐝😍

I handed Michelle a tub of honey, a handful of lollipops and very little direction beyond “make it pretty.”

She said okay and just got on with it. Working her magic as always 📸

This is our raw, small batch honey looking properly gorgeous instead of stacked in a plastic tub in the back of the car.

Same honey though. Straight from our hives, unfiltered and unheated, just dressed up for its close up.

Thank you @localgoodnesswa and @perthfoodphotography for working your magic on our jars yet again 💛

✖️ FENNEL ✖️

One of my absolute favourites… and one of the most underrated vegetables.

Growing up, fresh fennel was always on our table. Nonno would pick it straight from the garden, we’d cut it into chunky wedges, and after dinner we’d happily crunch away on it raw. There was something about that crisp texture and delicate aniseed flavour that kept us coming back for more.

To this day, it’s still one of my favourite vegetables.

Not only is fennel delicious, but it’s also packed with potential health benefits. It’s a great source of fibre and antioxidants and may help support healthy digestion, heart health, healthy blood pressure, immunity, and reduce inflammation.

If you’ve never fallen in love with fennel, let us change your mind.

Our Pickled Fennel & Orange transforms this humble vegetable into something truly special. The fresh citrus perfectly complements the fennel’s natural sweetness, creating a pickle that’s crisp, vibrant, and unlike anything you’ve tasted before. #findyournextfoodobsession #discoverdifferent #perthlocal #theepicurranfoodie #perthgoodthings

Over a year in the making… and they finally got the glow up they deserved 👏🏼

Our Honey Marshmallows and Honey Peanut Brittle are back and looking like a million bucks!

😍 New packaging.
😍 Better photos.
😍 And the marshmallows now have double the amount inside because let’s face it, they never last long.

Huge thank you to Kirsty from @all_aussie_sweet_treats for kicking me up the butt to finally get this done. Apparently thinking about it for another 6 months wasn’t an acceptable strategy 🤭

And to the incredibly talented Michelle @localgoodnesswa for these beautiful photos. I honestly can’t pick a favourite.

Now the important question…

Marshmallow or Brittle? 🍯

How do you choose a favourite when they’re all this beautiful?

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented Michelle from @localgoodnesswa and @perthfoodphotography for capturing our honey so perfectly. The colours, the light, the drips… everything just feels so us.

Seeing our jars, honeycomb, and all the little details through someone else’s creative lens is pretty special.

I honestly can’t pick a favourite from this shoot… and the good news is we have plenty more photos to share soon.

Which one is your favourite? 🍯
