Tokyo AI Film Festival - 東京AI映画祭 @tetsuya_bessho とデジタルガレージさんから @hardeep_gambhir @keii.hayashi とご縁をいただいて、参加してきました。 アメリカの大学で学びながらもう映画祭主催しちゃっている皆さんには頭が上がらない。いきなり初の日本開催を @tokyonode でできちゃっているのすごい。一緒に銭湯も行けて、表参道のうまいうどん屋も発見できて、楽しかったねー。個人的にはAIの映画祭今が一番興味深いかもしれないなって思っている。進化が著しい。いずれこれが当たり前になった時、AI生成映画というだけでは注目されなくなる。本当に面白いコンテンツが残っていく世界。そのプロセスが急速に進んでいる。かなりもう違和感が少なくなってきている。時間の問題だ。 AI映画祭が乱立している！！どうなるんだ！！！ @localhosthq @internetcinematic Tokyo AI Film Festival — Huge thanks to @tetsuya_bessho, @hardeep_gambhir, @keii.hayashi, and the team at Digital Garage for making this connection and inviting me. I have nothing but respect for these guys. Learning at the university in the U.S., at the same time they're already running their own film festival and pulled off their very first edition in Japan at @tokyonode. So impressive. We even managed to hit a sento together and found an amazing udon spot in Omotesando. Such a fun day. AI film festivals are one of the most fascinating spaces in filmmaking right now. The pace of innovation is incredible. Eventually, AI-generated films won't be enough to grab people's attention on their own—they'll simply become normal. At that point, only genuinely great stories and content will stand out. And honestly, it feels like we're getting there fast. The uncanny feeling is fading. It's only a matter of time.
