RUDEBOYRUFFS BEEN OUT FOR A WEEK!!! I feel like there’s so many captivating moments off this project, but my favorite parts are where the features get to shine. The build up at the end of iVANAs verse, Kwame’s delivery on the beat switch, harmonizing with Gio, SO MUCH PEAK RRAAAAAHHH MY DAWGS TOO TALENTED!!! I truly believe I’m just a small fraction of what makes this project work so well. Lemme know what ur favorite parts on the tape are… and keep ur eye out for new tracks with more feats🙇🏽🐶 🚨RUDEBOYRUFFS OUT NOW🚨 #jungle #dnb #junglistmassive #rivanrules #rudeboyruffs #edm #glitchcore #breakcore

@mynameislach and i have been conceptualizing and slowly bringing this project to life for over a year now, and today it’s finally out. RUDEBOYRUFFS says A LOT sonically, visually, and verbally, but what it speaks to the loudest is the progression I’ve made as an artist and individual. I know it’s only 7 songs, but the people I’ve gotten to build relationships with over the course of this rollout has changed my entire outlook on life. I am but a fraction of the artwork that I make, and I KNOW that the amazing community that has helped me build are on the brink of something HUGE. Go listen and I promise you will understand. Thank you to @mynameislach @kidd.revel and @aaditv for laying the foundation for me to speak my truth. @vidhukota & @jake_greenblatt for helping me bring my music to life with world building visuals @leandradielle @localhotdad @sectiontoo_ @kwameadu__ & @_giogenesis for adding to this story @diabolicaldiscs @tymfjohnson & @maryjaynee___ for helping me bridge community @_carolynortiz_ & the whole @big.ass.kids team for guiding me in the right direction to certify my artistry The countless creatives that inspire me to keep pushing every single day. My friends and family who have supported me in my efforts to be a musician, giving me more than enough love to give it my all. And my higher-power driving me in the right direction at full speed. God is a constant and I find my peace in that. RUDEBOYRUFFS out now, go listen.

@rivanrules rivan [ live set // NYC ] A Burlington, VT native now living in Brooklyn, rivan is an independent artist who draws inspiration from the culture around him. As an accumulation of all he looks up to, expect the unexpected from the up-and-coming rapper. Over the past few years, rivan has opened for a number of notable artists, such as Slick Rick, Talib Kweli, Smif-N-Wesson, The Beatnuts, and many other legendary acts. Honing in on his strengths as an emcee, he has performed at SOB’s, Arlene’s Grocery, The Bowery Electric, The Flynn Theatre, and countless other renowned establishments. Following the rollout of his self-titled EP, rivan is making a bold return featuring plenty of new sounds, with recent singles like “deep blue” produced by grammy-nominated producer @stoicbegood , or the Jungle fused vibes of “I GOT THAT” produced by @mynameislach , and the freshly dropped “birdz n planez” featuring @sectiontoo_ and production from @kidd.revel !!! Catch his junglist geared co-headlining set at @sparkomatik this month and witness the microphone magic for yourselves.
