GRADE: B 🧼

📍 Locanda Verde, HUSON YARDS (@locandaverde)

For a restaurant that expensive, to have such a cheap dispenser and unbranded soap feels like cutting unnecessary corners. Good food, good vibes, beautiful bathroom — but cheap soap.

Probably Dial or Softsoap. Very gloopy and unscented, in an amber bottle doing its best to look artisanal.

The bathroom is beautiful — checkerboard tile, marble, the works. The soap didn't get the memo.

Scent 2 · Lather 3 · Dispenser Design 3 · Bathroom Vibe 4 → 3.0 overall
14 violation points. Grade B.

Girls’ night at @locandaverde in Hudson Yards! 🍝✨

Delicious Italian food, beautiful atmosphere, and great company! We tried the Wagyu steak tartare, beet carpaccio, Sunday Night Ragù ravioli, and roasted chicken. Everything was so good! ❤️

The service was a little slow, but overall, definitely worth a visit!

🏃‍♂️ RUN AMMAR RUN! YOUR FANS ARE WATCHING! 🏅

Huge congratulations to my bestie Ammar for completing his first Staten Island Half Marathon in under TWO HOURS! 👏

Philip and I joined the excitement, cheering on Ammar and the nearly 10,000 runners. My custom sign featuring a shirtless, muscular Ammar brought plenty of smiles and laughter—even a race commentator shouted, “NICE PECS!” 😂💪

The damp weather couldn’t dampen our spirits, and the celebratory lemon curd pancakes at Locanda Verde tasted even better afterward!

Next stop: The NYC Marathon on Sunday, November 1!
