How it started vs how its going 🥊 No shortcuts. No secret formula. Just years of showing up, learning, failing, improving, and doing it again. The version of you that wants the results has to become the person willing to do the work. 💪🏻 Keep showing up. #trainwithpurpose #boxinglife #boxingtraining #strengthandconditioning #coachcanela

THIS is what I have been wanting to share with yall! Introducing @lockandloadboxing Leaving the military doesn’t mean the mission ends. But for a lot of veterans… it can feel like it does. The structure changes. The community shifts. The edge never really turns off. That tension? That hyper-awareness? That feeling like you don’t quite fit in civilian life? You’re not broken. Your nervous system just hasn’t been given space to reset. At Lock & Load Boxing Battalion, we rebuild that foundation. 🥊 Boxing for discipline, structure, controlled aggression, and resilience. 🐎 Equine therapy for nervous system regulation and grounding. 🤝 Community that doesn’t require explanations. This isn’t about weakness. It’s about strength done the right way. If you know a veteran who needs this — share this with them. Let them know they don’t have to fight alone. #veteransmentalhealth #lockandload #boxingforhealing #equinetherapy #22aday
