Happy 2nd birthday to my strong-willed, rule bending, sweetheart daughter.

Collecting all theses clips makes me wonder where the time went. It feels like yesterday when I used to take Yeshi along in the maxi cosy, then she stared crawling through the gym and now she hangs right next to me on the bar.

Birthing Yeshi two years ago has been the most powerful experience of my life. Nyima’s birth made me a mother, Yeshi’s birth made me invincible. Standing free and catching my baby with my own two hands as she entered this world, has truly transformed me and I am for ever grateful for this.

Motherhood will not weaken you. It lets you discover the real depths of your strength physically and emotionally. Being a mother to my two girls is the greatest gift I’ve ever been blessed with ❤️

1 jaar LockIn! ❤️

Iedereen kent Gerda ondertussen, elke maandag tot vrijdag is ze er met volle energie! Super trots Gerda op wat je het afgelopen jaar hebt bereikt. Niet alleen 14 kilo lichter, maar vooral sterker, fitter en altijd met goede energie in de gym.

Mooi om jouw progressie van zo dichtbij mee te mogen maken. Op naar nog veel meer!

En dit is wat zij zelf over haar eerste jaar bij LockIn te zeggen heeft:
