It’s hard to put into words the amount of joy it was watching my guy @solodavis10 go out and compete in his first Professional Regular season game for the @torontoargos If you didn’t know him personally and you knew only half of this young man’s story, the adversity, obstacles, doubters etc. you wouldn’t believe that yesterday was possible. The perseverance, commitment, & persistent believe in himself didn’t prove the doubters wrong, just proved himself right. I can hands down say it was my most proud moment as a coach to watch you not only take the field but be a key contributor in the game. How you attack everything you do with an unmatched positive attitude is an inspiration to so many Solomon! I truly believe the entire world can benefit from your story and I believe just as much that the sky is the limit and someday you’ll create the opportunity to tell it to the world! Just the beginning!!!I

To the Montreal Alouettes organization, Thank you for the opportunity to wear the Alouettes jersey and be part of such a respected organization. I’m grateful to my coaches, teammates, support staff, and everyone behind the scenes who invested their time, belief, and effort in me throughout my time here. While this chapter didn’t end the way I had hoped, I’m proud of the relationships I built and the lessons I learned along the way. Every experience has helped shape me as both a player and a person. To the fans, thank you for your passion and support. It never went unnoticed. I’m excited for what’s next and will continue working until the next opportunity comes. The journey continues. Merci Beaucoup, Montreal. 💙

The #1 question I get: “What are coaches and teams really looking for?” Broke down a few of them in this video — save this one. 📌

Advice I wish every athlete understood earlier: Your habits become your future. Talent can open doors. Discipline keeps them open!

Not every day looks the same as an agent but this is just another day in the life. Spent the day in DC at Audi field watching @mpthree_ and the Orlando Storm battle the DC Defenders in their UFL regular season finale. Grateful for the opportunity to do what I love and support the athletes I represent ✞

You may be missing out on brand deals, partnerships, and opportunities and not even know it. Not because of your talent. Because of your personal brand. Your social media is often your first impression. Make it count!

Most conversations around NIL focus on how much money athletes are making. The more important conversation is what they’re building with it. Athletes today have opportunities previous generations never had. The ones who think beyond the next purchase, treat NIL money as capital, and focus on long-term brand building, visibility, and leverage will put themselves in position to win long after their playing days are over.

At the end of the day, success means very little if you aren’t helping others along the way. That’s my why. The mission has always been bigger than football. ✞
