Probably the hardest medal I've earned. The race felt brutal as I'd not shaken an illness properly and the heat compounded it. 5k in I just had no fizz and started to question if I could even finish! Having had such amazing support and raising such a great amount for @alzheimersresearchuk kept me in the game. Its amazing how proud the city is of this race and is something Edinburgh could learn from. Great to meet so many folks @hannahdobbs93 @the_running_girls @chronicallyscotland @alanwardle @amalia_w_t and enjoyed Newcastle immensely. 💚

Lockup Ouseburn has announced a change to its food line-up after Detroit Slab Shop left the venue earlier than planned.
Baghead, the new concept from Parm-O-Rama’s Jonny, is stepping in to run the kitchen while Lockup waits for its next permanent food vendor.
There will be no food service this weekend and Baghead is expected to begin serving from next week before the next kitchen resident takes over.
