Yesterday was the 3rd Sunday in ordinary time. It was the last Sunday of January 2025 and Day 15 in the 21-day prayer & fasting in the Catholic church.

The priest charged us to familiarise ourselves with Scriptures so as to use them to pray in difficult situations. Don't just pray. Look for a Scripture that addresses your situation. Our bibles were blessed after church, and lectors took pictures with the priest to celebrate their day.

The choir today was on point as usual. The hymns, choruses, praise, and worship were amazing.

I managed to wear heels to church & my back didn't hurt that much 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

There's a tug in my heart to join a society in church.

My heart yearns for the choir, but..
My boys want me to join CWO
My mum desires me in Sacred Heart
My mum in-law would luv me in CCM
My friend toasts me to join St. Vincent de Paul

I need to make a choice this week.

Dear Catholic friends, what society do you think I should join?
