POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

the enneagram offers a powerful map for understanding the ways we move through the world. it reveals the stories we have come to believe, the strategies we use to feel safe and connected, and the places where fear has quietly begun to run the show.

becoming curious about and conscious to our patterns amplifies inner authority and allows us to see beyond the pattern and connect with our more essential Self.

come hang with us - you can expect a spiritual and Jungian/depth approach to learning about the enneagram and how it can encourage reclamation of the whole Self, obviously lots of laughs, and without a doubt, meaningful connection to Self and others.

we are SO looking forward to an in-person workshop and are grateful to be able to host in such a beautiful and welcoming space at @loft_helena.

Comment FLOW if you want the link.

This is really for people who want to go deeper into yoga beyond just the shapes. Like understanding how movement, breath, and intention all come together to create an experience for your students.

There are a lot of yoga teachers out there, and students are looking for something that feels more intentional… more real… more connected.

If you’ve been wanting to feel excited about planning classes again,
feel more confident in what you’re offering,
and create classes that people actually want to come back to…

this weekend is for you.

We’ll work with sequencing, breath, and creative movement in a way that helps your classes feel cohesive instead of pieced together — so your students can come back to themselves, and feel that connection with you.

And it’s also just a really beautiful weekend in Bozeman. Time to step away, move, connect, and come back feeling inspired again.

Comment FLOW and I’ll send you the details 🤍
