What do I say about this show that hasn’t been said before. I am thankful, honored, and privileged to be inspired. This time last year I was hopeless and dealing with a future I had no control over. I didn’t know what else to make of myself after losing so much. All it took was to get back up, and prove to myself that I could do hard things. With many phone calls, many emails, and many ridiculous meetings- it happened. This show happened. Over 200 people came to see how much love we’ve put into this show. I couldn’t believe it. I want to thank everyone who came, supported, cheered, and bought a ticket. You supported a dream of a lifetime.
Thank you @theshoefl for trusting me with a work like this. thank you @_.ellojo._ for saying yes to a character I finally can let go. Thank you @sheridan.macon for being a foundation of spreadsheets and google docs so nothing was lost. Finally, thank you @ashalier for saying yes 5 months ago. Never once was I able to do this without the people in it. Sitting in a coffeehouse to produce this show with you has been an honor, and I look forward to a future with you all in it.

Hatter Network is Stetson University’s student-run media collective 📸The three facets of the organization include The Reporter, Florida’s oldest collegiate publication, WHAT Radio, an internet radio station, and "Touchstone" Literary and Arts magazine, a yearly journal that publishes the best of student art and writing on campus. “Touchstone” is released annually in April.

Additionally, every Thursday night during the fall & spring semesters, Touchstone hosts Uncouth Hour 🎙an open mic night for Stetson students to unleash their creativity on stage.

If you’d like to get involved, applications for Hatter Network’s Creative Team are open on Engage! Experience in Indesign, photoshop, etc is required! You can send them a DM with any questions you may have!

A very special thank you from the Touchstone staff to those who submitted to Touchstone this year. It was an amazing experience to spend time with the creators of the pieces we enjoyed! You’re all immensely talented and cannot wait to see what you do next! Thank you for a successful release party and year!
