New birthday tradition: a weekend away with my favourite people and a piñata 🎂🪅🤭

Spent the most beautiful weekend in Yzerfontein! Homemade pizzas, kayaking, 30 Seconds, and bubbles in the jacuzzi. Truly the best birthday 🥰

If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway less than 90 minutes from Cape Town, definitely check out @21flamingohouse @yzerfonteinaccommodation ✨

Nothing beats this kind of Saturday ☀️🐬🥂

Started the morning with a kayak tour @yzerfonteinseasport - we saw a whale, dolphins and seals! Brekkie was my favourite, shakshuka & mimosas and then we spent the day in the sun 🥹

Special thanks to @21flamingohouse for the beautiful stay 🤍

December dump before the fitness content resumes because I’m LOCKING IN 🔐😤

If you feel like you “overindulged” in December, don’t stress! 🤍 A little bloating, inflammation & fatigue is completely normal after the late nights, drinks and yummy food.

What matters most isn’t Christmas to New Year - it’s New Year to Christmas. So let’s reset, refocus, and make this year count 🫶🏼

As always my DMs are open if you need advice when it comes to starting your fitness journey xx

This is your sign to have that girls night with @_italyatyourdoor 🥢🍝❤️‍🔥

We had the cosiest night with homemade Italian lasagne, tiramisu & chocolate fondant, you could literally taste the love that was weaved into making these dishes. 10/10 recommend for your next dinner date🫶🏼🤍
