🚨 I PROBABLY SHOULDN’T BE TELLING YOU THIS…

GAME DAY PREP IS JUST AS IMPORTANT—IF NOT MORE IMPORTANT—THAN PRESEASON PREP. 🏆

The work doesn’t stop when competition begins. That’s when preparation, discipline, and adaptability matter most.

Logan prioritizes the things that build a complete athlete:
💪 Strength & power
🧠 Central nervous system development
🤸 Mobility & coordination
⚡ Reaction time & athleticism
🎯 Focus, discipline & accountability
🔥 Stress management & recovery

Confidence comes from preparation. Autonomy comes from understanding your body, trusting your training, and learning how to perform under pressure.

At REM Wellness, we combine individualized sports performance with contrast therapy using infrared sauna and cold-water immersion to support recovery and help athletes manage the physical demands of competition.

DON’T JUST PREPARE FOR THE SEASON. PREPARE TO PERFORM ON GAME DAY.

The goal isn’t just to compete. It’s to keep learning, adapting, and getting better. 📈
