Last week, I graduated from Tennessee Tech for the final time. It’s been eight years since I arrived on campus as a freshman. I couldn’t have predicted any of the things that have happened in my life here, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

That said, I’m staying in Cookeville as an assistant on the athletic performance staff here at Tennessee Tech where I will continue to work with the baseball and golf programs.

God is the only reason this was able to happen. The pieces lined up in a perfect way that I didn’t see coming, but praying and trusting Him is the only way. All glory to God! Wings up!

A look into a game day -1 lift for @tntech_baseball . Keep the duration short and focus high.

The layout of the session was inspired by @coach_rhenry Excited the CNS with a pin squat, then moved into some double broads and hurdle jumps, trying to be quick but forceful off the ground.

Due to limited space we moved into some band resisted sprinting instead of heavy sled pushes, finally finishing with unresisted sprints. Competition drives intent.

20-25 minute session with EDM music bumping, and the boys are ready to roll out for the weekend.
