THANK YOU FOR 12K.

As much as we love creating dope apparel. Our greatest gift throughout the last two years has been you guys. Whether you have supported us since day one or recently discovered us, your support is everything. The people are our driving force. The family we have built. The adventures, the events, the interactions. It has allowed our dream, our vision and our mission to become more clear as time goes on.

We dug through our archives to share a little of our story.

As we continue to grow, just know you will always be at the heart our vision.

(If you spot yourself let us know!)

We are so grateful, and AS ALWAYS.

RISE ABOVE THE PLAGUE.

The lighting in the men’s bathroom at the gym is too sick! Lighting of the Gods lol. I wish I look like this all the time. Smoke and mirrors. 6 weeks out. 👀😬😂☹️

Back got more lines than a Walmart on payday. 😭

Triceps looking like they got their own ZIP code. 📍😂

Skin said, “Alright bro, I’ll get out the way.”

And apparently we’re serving graininess with a side of vegetables. 🥦🤣

I caught this clip and said WAIT A DAMN MINUTE… 👀

Big Dawg might actually be getting a little crispy out here. 😂🐕🔥 KFC EXTRA CRISPY

Still got work to do. Still tightening up. But I’m definitely enjoying watching the package come together.

Now somebody pass me the salt and pepper because apparently we COOKING. 🧂👨🏽‍🍳😂

The man who returns to the fight after defeat is more dangerous than the man who never lost. 💯

Because now he knows what it feels like to fall.

He’s been humbled and put in his place.
He’s been tested, and even failed all the tests.
He’s questioned himself and even doubted everything.
He’s had to rebuild when nobody was coming to save him. Even though he thought someone would reach out a hand.

And yet… he came back.

There’s something different about a man who has been knocked down and decides, “This isn’t where my story ends.” This is just a chapter, just wait until next chapter when the story really climaxes!

So if life has been beating you up lately, BIG DAWG… GET BACK UP.

YOUR comeback has to be personal.

I got your 6. 🫡

This morning’s look (32 oz of fluids only) sitting almost 8 weeks post show.

As of this morning, sitting at 7.5 lbs over stage weight. This has been the smoothest post show/ post diet phase I’ve ever had. Food is back up almost peak off season numbers and cardio is low. Very excited to continue into push phases and make this coming off season as productive as we can.

Blessed beyond measures to have @evanjwells37 guiding the ship.

5 days out.

@rob_wolfe and I started off making programming adjustments when he was still living at a 8/10 pain every single day.

He's a competitive bodybuilder. He knows training. And he still couldn't figure out why the harder he pushed, the worse he felt.

We ran a movement assessment before we touched anything.

Shoulder abduction painful the entire range. Traps running every movement. Thoracic spine completely stuck. Hip flexion collapsing. His body wasn't broken.. it was compensating, and the compensation was eating his gains and generating his pain at the same time.

We didn't chase range. We changed what we loaded and where.

- Landmine pressing instead of overhead

- Cable laterals from behind the body in the scapular plane instead of straight out

- Positions that built serratus, lower traps, and rear delts.. the muscles that were supposed to be doing the job his traps had been stealing for years.

6 months later he's pain free, posing better than ever, and walking into a show feeling the best he's ever felt in his body.

That's what assessment based programming does. It doesn't slow you down, it stops you from leaving gains on the table because your body can't access what you've built.

Train the body you have. Build the body you want.
