I AM SO EXCITED for the @g8footballleague !!!! These athletes at the Combine were full of heart, played hard in bad weather, challenged each other, and showed great sportsmanship. This is going to be an awesome family experience. I hope you are ready for some great Minor League Football!

The draft is next Saturday! 2-8pm

We had a small 80s costume Halloween party last night. I finally get to show you my Ernest P Worrell impersonation. It was me, my wife the Valley Girl, my oldest son the rocker, my youngest son as Johnny Lawrence and several of my friends. It was a blast. Who is your favorite? Also send me a pic of you in your 80s costume and I just might put you in my story.

I love it when the younger generation appreciates the 80s. @loganmgibson is my 19 year nephew. Notice his shirt. Logan is a young body builder. He’s already broke some records. If you are into that sort of thing then please go and check out his page. Keep rockin the80s to your young friends Logan!

•my first PL meet, didn’t go as expected but made the most of it. Squats were not hittin as well as I want to and definitely need work on next session but my bench and deadlift were bussin. Overall, placed 1st in 82.5 juniors and 2nd in 82.5 open so not to shabby. Most importantly made new friends and had fun. Need to do again itching for the next one. Thank you all for the support, the people who follow me, my gf, my friends, family, people in the gym, even the people at the meet and all the people on the way in the journey to my dreams. You guys are blessings and I’m grateful to all of you as you made who I am. I hope you all have wonderful week and again bless you all!!!

Tried to cut 25 lbs water, almost died, didn't make intended weight class and went 6/9 on lifts, not my best performance. But I did get all comp PRs, break 4 state records, and just barely missed a national record and made a couple friends. Overall, not terrible, glad to be back :)

Well today was a lesson learned that my grip strength has dipped a bit 😠. Was going for 500×10 for a new rep PR but I guess I'll settle for 6 again. Gonna work on this to hit that new goal 😤💪 #deadlift #powerlifting #goldsgym #gains #cuttingseason #eatyourprotein #backworkout #goonsquad #bigbackworkout

Alexa, play "Hey Look Ma, I Made It" 🥲💕 Thank you so so much to everyone that made my senior year of highschool so amazing! This year definitely had it's ups and downs but I wouldn't want to share those moments with any other group. ❤️ You all hold a special place in my heart and I will carry the precious memories we've made together for many many years. I'm so excited to see where everyone ends up in life, I know you will all excel in whatever you choose to do! ❤️
