Summer of Sling July 10 🤘

Come demo the newest Slingshot boards, ride with the Slingshot crew, and get dialed in on the gear that’s right for you. Whether you’re just getting started or chasing your next trick, that is what the demo is for.

Once we close at 6pm, we’re kicking off the After Hours event. Riders must be members to compete, but spectators are welcome, so come hang out and watch the action.

Words simply can’t describe what these past 6 months have been like. I decided to become the world’s youngest snowbird and move to Tampa this winter just to try something new… easily the best decision of my life.

I wanted to move somewhere, where I could wakeboard everyday, mainly cause I don’t do anything else 😅. I have never been to Tampa, I didn’t know much about it and knew very few people in the area.

I was lucky enough to have the best roommate who took me in and treated me like his little brother. And I was lucky enough to find the best cable crew at the best wakeboard park in the world @thecovetampa. There’s not a park with a better group of people that bring the vibes every single day, and truly want to see you get better every single day.

My last day in Tampa @la.familiaco threw a banger of an event called “Cash for Tricks”. It was easily the coolest wakeboard event I’ve ever been apart of. At the end of the day Luca Kidd and the crew had to pick one rider to win a free board. They chose me, not because I’m the best, not because I did the best trick. But because they knew I moved to Tampa and Wakeboarded 5 days a week everyday that park was open. So to have the best wakeboarders in the world recognize how much I love the sport was pretty special.

The journey was a blast and I enjoyed every single second… Tampa, until we meet again 🫡
