You just have to start. You just have to keep going. You have to overcome. You have to understand you won’t be perfect and that there WILL absolutely be setbacks. But you get up each day with a fresh slate and try again! Oh, my sister made me smile so big when she sent these to me today. @loganrowelllee you’re 🔥

“Sister. Those body composition changes tho. Not even gonna lie…I’ve not been consistent with my eating and I’ve been eating way too many treats but I’ve stayed consistent with my workouts and it’s still working!”- Logan Lee

It’s final call to join me tomorrow. We kick off prep week. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to chip away one piece at a time.👇🏽

Join me @krystaljoneswellness for my new group that begins tomorrow!

Knowing people matters. I wish I could meet every @fasterwaytofatloss client of mine. Some of these are coaches themselves. Regardless, today reminds me that the people behind the screen are real humans that I GET to help. It also reminds me that I AM NOT a robot, which I sometimes feel like. 😂 Real connection. Human touch. Laughter.

It was a sweet, sweet morning!🌸
I feel so blessed. 🙏🏼
Thank you for coming out.
Thank you @sheffieldcoffeeco for accommodating us.

I am so sorry we are missing some in this pic. @allysonnthomas @jctyre

Deprivation never lasts long term. NONE of my clients are depriving themselves of foods they love.

You can absolutely have the foods you love in moderation and lose inches.

That food for you may be donuts. That food for you may be a steak. That food may be fruit. That food may be white potatoes. I have clients who have deprived themselves of these things and have a poor relationship with food because they believe it’s the cause of their weight gain.

It could be if over-consumed. But they’re NOT bad foods. No food is.

That’s why counting macros is a valuable tool for awareness, food freedom and giving yourself PERMISSION to consume all of these AND LOSE FAT!

Food is meant to be enjoyed, and if what you’re doing is miserable, it does not have to be.

Registration is open for my FASTer Way round that kicks of MONDAY, 1/31. I’ll teach you about macros and set yours according to your goals.

Click @krystaljoneswellness to get a seat. Or message me with any qs.

It’s almost go time!

I mean, who doesn’t love Easter 🐣 fun foods?
.
Took some inspo from @thefoodbabe and made graphics for candy swaps with better ingredients. I’ve found most of these at Walgreens and Target. FYI- the skittle swap is my fav. The peeps swap is my kiddos FAV.
