Your body is the one place you can’t trade in – so it deserves care, attention, and respect. Chiropractic isn’t just about fixing pain when it shows up. It’s about keeping you moving efficiently and preventing future issues.

Much love to my very first patient, Logan, for stopping through while home from college. Keep grinding and taking care of yourself! .

If you’ve got questions or you’re ready to lock in your next session, reach out. Let’s build a healthier, stronger, and more informed you.

Turned up the treatment today . Not because he’s in pain—but because he understands the value of staying ahead of injury.

This is preventative care.

We opened up the forearm, activated scapular control, reinforced elbow stability with bands and kettlebells, and tied it all together through the full chain—from wrist to shoulder.

Chiropractic isn’t just adjustments. It’s about restoring function, improving movement, and helping athletes young and "old" perform at their highest level, consistently.

If you’re an athlete putting stress on your body and you’re not addressing the wear before it shows up, you’re already behind.

Stay ahead. Protect the work you’ve put in.

Message me if you’re ready to work .

No curveballs in this treatment plan, just results.
Helping @loganwilsonmitchell gear up for college ball means addressing the real challenges of pitching: elbow pain and that pesky QL discomfort. These often stem from the intense acceleration/deceleration forces of the throw.

The game plan is precise but practical:
* Anti-rotation: Building core stability to optimize force transfer and protect his spine.
* Scapular rhythm: Ensuring proper shoulder blade mechanics for shoulder health.
* Mobility: Restoring full range of motion to distribute stress effectively across his kinetic chain.
* Muscle activation: Engaging inhibited muscles for more efficient, coordinated movement.

It's about cultivating a more resilient and high-performing athlete. Logan's dedicated work this summer is truly setting him up for success.

Curious how chiropractic care can elevate your performance or just improve your daily movement? Reach out. We're all athletes, regardless of pace. Let me help guide you on your fitness and health journey. #resultsdriven #atx #chiropractor
